What is neurodivergent coaching?
The way I work with neurodivergence is with radical acceptance. All coaching begins with a goal, and everyone's goals look different. I start from a place where without radical acceptance of our brains, we can go no further. We cannot turn ourselves into neurotypical people, so coaching with me is about finding ways of supporting your brain and behaviours through compassion and the unpacking of internalised ableism.
Everyone's brain is different
It's far better to be you than anyone else, I promise. Coaching with me is about learning to trust in and celebrate the fundamentals of who you are. We can set goals and find change, it's just about finding the right way that works for you, and everyone is different. You will never hear me saying 'have you tried being consistent'. You'll never hear me saying 'well this is what worked for me'. Let's think out of the box together and find ways to really thrive.
