I am honest, direct, and empathic and have a heart-centred soulful approach to exploring your life. You can be messy with me.
I promise you an experience and an adventure. For the time that we work together, you get me, my energy and my expertise and we will work together to identify your goals and get you moving forward.
Coaching isn't just talking, we will often use creative exercises to explore your reality and engage with your goals. You will often hear me talking about embodiment. Our nervous systems play a big part in success and overcoming obstacles so you will often hear me talk about nervous system regulation and the role our bodies play in our life.
I believe transparency about qualifications is essential. Working ethically and authentically means giving you all the information you need to choose whether I am the right coach for you. It's always important to check your potential coach's credentials.
The training underpinning my work is my Foundation Degree in Humanistic Counselling. From this, you can be assured that I am well qualified to work with you safely and ethically. I trained for three years to learn and practice many theories of psychology and theories of change and have had well over 200 hours of personal therapy and supervision. Since qualifying I have worked with hundreds of clients, gaining thousands of hours of 1:1 practice.
My key foundations in existential theory, transactional analysis and Rogerian theory, all come into my coaching practice. I am trauma-informed. I am committed to my ongoing training through regular CPD.
My coaching qualification is with Relational Dynamics 1st.
"Relational Dynamics draws on theories and tools from a wide range of sources including coaching, emotional intelligence, psychology, neurology and contemporary research into leadership. Put simply, it is the art of interaction with self and others."
I hold full insurance.
I have regular supervision of my coaching practice to make sure I am working ethically and professionally and in your best interests.
Step 1 - The call. We will start with an initial free 30-40 minute video call so I can get a sense of what you are looking for from coaching. Ahead of the call, I will send you a form for you to explore more about what you might want to learn in the discovery call and any other information you'd like to share about your reasons for seeking coaching.
Step 2 - The Commitment. By the end of the call, we will have a good idea about whether we are a good fit for your coaching journey and whether its the right time for you to engage with this work. We will make a plan for our coaching together and book your 1st session.
Step 3 - The Work. We get stuck into exploring. With my approach to reflective working, there will be an ongoing process of making sure you are getting what you need from coaching.
I offer a small number of reduced cost spaces to make my coaching as accessible as possible. Please contact me to go on the waiting list for these spaces.
